Funding Options
Fees and charges for funded sessions are voluntary and can be opted out of.

If you opt in (funded sessions):

• Access to EYFS provision as funded by the Government

• Funded hours free of charge

• Meals and snacks provided

• Consumables provided (e.g., nappies, nappy sacks, wipes, bedding & sun cream)

• Digital learning platform included

If you opt out:

• Access to EYFS provision as funded by the Government

• Funded hours free of charge

• All meals and snacks must be provided (in line with our food policy)

• Your own consumables must be supplied (including nappies, nappy sacks, wipes, bedding & sun cream)

• No digital learning platform (handover provided at pick-up time)

Important:
Failure to provide the above in adequate quantity (labelled with your child’s name) may result in charges at the Manager’s discretion at the current opted-in rates shown above. Some enhanced provisions may not be included, but this does not mean a compromised level of care — we will always maintain our high-quality childcare.

Discounts & Charges

• 10% sibling discount (taken off oldest child’s non-funded sessions). No discounts on funded sessions.

• 10% late charge if booking form is received after 12pm on the 15th of the month.

• Bookings are reviewed termly. Any changes to future availability will be provided with one month’s notice.

Early drop off / Late collection

• £15.00 (up to 15 minutes)

• £25.00 (up to 30 minutes)

• +£25.00 for every additional 30 minutes late
